Thank you, we realised that our car's MOT had expired (yes I know...) last night at 9pm. Really thought we were going to have problems as we need to use the car next week. Amazingly I managed to book an MOT and service for this afternoon (Saturday). Given it is a 9 year old car bought this summer with over 100,000 miles I had my heart in my mouth that there would be issues but turns out the selling garage really did do the service they claimed! A&J did the MOT and service promptly, efficiently and great value. They were polite and yes, whilst the parking area is tiny, there isn't much they can do about that. To the daughter of the previous proprietor, don't worry, it is in great hands.

Rick and H have been looking after my car for some years now. They take care of my annual MOT and service. They collect and return the car from my home, they let me know if anything needs repair or replacement and, in the case of brakes, for example, offer a range of prices depending on whether the parts are OEM quality or after market. In addition to the routine work they are always ready to help. For example, today as I was driving a 'DSG not available' warning popped up. I happened to be fairly close to A&J so I rang H and asked if he was very busy, he asked me why. When I told him the reason he immediately said, "bring it straight down". They plugged their fault code reader in to the car, read the faults and cleared the codes, giving me a print out of the results and instructions to bring it back if the fault reappears, no charge.. I have no hesitation in recommending A&J Motors and have done so to my friends.
